Digital products and change of mind
Our guides are digital products that are delivered to you instantly and can be downloaded straight away. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once a purchase is complete. Please read the description of each guide carefully before you buy so you know what you are getting.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy takes away or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our guides come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a guide is faulty, is significantly different from how it was described, or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a remedy, which may include a refund. If you think this applies to your purchase, please contact us so we can put it right.
Problems accessing your purchase
If you paid but cannot access or download your guide, please do not buy it again. First, log in to your account and check the downloads on your account page. If it is still not working, email us at admin@herbizbestie.com with the email address you used and we will restore your access as quickly as we can.
Duplicate or accidental purchases
If you were charged twice for the same guide, or bought something by mistake and have not downloaded it, contact us within 7 days at admin@herbizbestie.com and we will review it and sort out a refund where appropriate.
