Do I have to commit to a big package to get started?
No, you don't have to commit to a big package to get started. We start with a conversation about what's actually taking up your time, and the work can be a single project or ongoing support, whichever fits your business right now.
I'm not sure exactly what I need help with, is that okay?
Yes, that's completely normal, and it's exactly what the enquiry form is for. Tell me what's eating your time or stressing you out, and we'll work out together what actually needs handing off.
How quickly will I hear back after I enquire?
I reply to every enquiry personally, so you're not sitting in an automated queue. You'll hear back with real next steps, not a form response, and if anything's urgent in the meantime, email works too.
Is everything done online, or do we meet in person?
Most support is done online, so it doesn't matter where your business is based, we connect over email, video calls or whatever tool you already use. If you're in the Hunter Valley, face-to-face meetings are also on the table. Either way, support fits around your schedule rather than the other way round.
